Who we are
Fenrook is the trading name of Ollie Bailey. Our business address is 26 Porkele Place, Caterham, CR3 5FZ. We are the controller of the personal data described here, which means we decide how it is used. You can reach us at info@fenrook.com.
If you apply on this site
The application form asks for the work your firm does, your name, your firm’s name, your email, your mobile and the area you cover.
We use these details to reply to your application, to check whether a founding place fits your firm, and to arrange a call. If the founding places are taken, we use them to offer you the paid terms or a place on the waiting list. You do not have to give these details, but without them we cannot consider your application. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We keep an application for 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. The form writes to a Google Sheet that only we can open.
If we emailed you about your business
We found your firm on Google Maps, on the Companies House register and on your firm’s own website. We use your business name, the business email address we wrote to, the name of the person we wrote to, and your firm’s public Google listing: its rating, reviews, categories and where it appears in Google Maps searches.
We use this to offer your business our Google Maps and AI search work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling a limited company or LLP about a service relevant to its work, in a short, plain email it can stop at any time. If you reply, we may also message you on WhatsApp at the business number on your Google listing.
You can object at any time. Reply “stop” or email info@fenrook.com and we will not contact you again. We keep your email address on a do-not-contact list only so that we can honour that. We keep the rest of this data for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
If you become a client
We handle your Google listing, reviews and pages under a one-page agreement. Where that work involves your customers’ details, such as a review request, we act only on your instructions and the agreement sets out how.
This website
This site has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Its typeface is served from this site, so no request goes to Google. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short server logs for security. When you apply, your answers pass through Vercel on their way to our sheet, and your IP address is held briefly in the server’s memory, and never saved, to stop repeated sending.
Who else sees your data
Our email and the applications sheet run on Google Workspace. Before we send cold email, an email verification service checks that the address works. For clients, the Friday map is sent by WhatsApp. Each uses the data only to provide its service to us, under its data processing terms. We never sell your data.
Google, Vercel and WhatsApp may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised by UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU to US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.
