What we hold about you, and why.

Last changed 6 September 2026

What the site collects. Nothing until you use the contact form. The form sends three things: your work email address, your trade and your city. They go into a spreadsheet we keep, with the date and the page you sent them from, and an email telling us a sign-up arrived.

What we use them for. To reply with your score, and to reply to anything you ask after that. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell or share the address. If you become a client, the address becomes part of the contract file.

What the site does not do. There are no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the request for the font file and nothing else.

How long we keep it. Twelve months from your last message to us, then we delete the row. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do, that day.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it. Write to info@fenrook.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Where it is stored. In Google Workspace, under Fenrook's account. The spreadsheet and the mailbox are the only two places.

Who we are. Fenrook, trading from the United Kingdom. Contact: info@fenrook.com.
